Terminology
Throughout this document the following terminology applies:
"You", "your" and all second-person pronouns refer to the customer and their objects.
"We", "us" and all first-person pronouns refer to Tinkety Tonk and Broccoli Products Ltd, and their objects.
Order Progress
The progress of orders for website software, application software and project analysis is dependent on content. Expected completion dates and frequency of progress reports will be agreed during order composition.
Visits and Payment
Visits to Tinkety Tonk clinics must be confirmed in advance by telephone, email or through our online booking system. Payment for visits can be made in cash, or through our online payment form.
Each visit has a minimum duration of one hour.
Cancellation and Infectious Disease
Cancellation of appointments can be made by email or telephone.
We are enthusiastic to provide a wholesome environment, and do not wish to unnecessarily spread disease between clients. If you have a contagious illness, for example a cold or flu, you must cancel your appointment.
Domain Ownership
Tinkety Tonk retains ownership of any domain set up for the purposes of teaching.
Privacy Policy
We treat all of your details as confidential. Account data is stored in an encrypted database, and paperwork secured in a EuroGrade safe. We will not pass your information to a third-party.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
